Explains basic information on monitoring and evaluation and guides you through the process. For example, it explains what is monitoring? Also, what are indicators? And what are good indicators to use in evaluation? Furthermore, what is evaluation? Evaluation begins before the project starts. Next, you monitor the project and collect data while you implement it. The final part of evaluation happens after the project is finished.

This manual guides people who implement projects working with people with disabilities. It mentions deaf people in a few examples of the monitoring and evaluation process. Therefore, the manual can help you learn basic information on monitoring and evaluation and how to do it.

The Disabled People’s Organizations Denmark (DPOD) published the manual in 2009. This PDF file is partly accessible for people using screen reading software, but with some difficulty. For example, it does not enable bookmarks.
