In one coffee shop, Deaf Jamaicans sell coffee to hearing people–and also help them learn how to communicate with Deaf people. Most of the staff at Deaf CAN! Coffee in Kingston, Jamaica, are Deaf. This includes managerial level staff.

For people using screen reading software, this web page is mostly accessible.

The Zero Project highlighted the shop as an “Innovative Practice” in employment in 2017.
